Proverbs 17:22

These past few days, my world turned upside down. I feel sad, I was sick. While lying on my bed, I was wondering and asking a few questions to God. Questions that starts with the word "why". I was talking to God but I don't expect him to answer back (alam ko naman na hindi sya makakasagot eh). But I guess I was wrong. God just answered me, someone gave this bible verse to me.

"A joyful heart gives health to the body,

while a sad spirit dries up the bones."

(Proverbs 17:22).

I almost forgot that in any way, even if I am sad, I should smile. That could help...
